After having 3 boys, I decided it was time to hire a personal trainer to help me lose the weight I’d gained. My trainer inspired me to change my nutrition & workouts, and push me out of my comfort zones. He challenged me to become stronger physically as well as mentally. Because of his inspiration and motivation, I decided that I too wanted to become a Personal Trainer.

I am a wife & mom to 3 boys, who keep me extremely active. I enjoy helping my boys improve their performance on the football field, basketball court, and track field. I LOVE food and nutrition and enjoy teaching others how to make things that are not only good for you, but taste amazing as well! I also enjoy movie nights with my family and walking the levy with my pups.

If you have the power to make someone happy, do it. The world needs more of that.

Focus: With persistent drive to achieve success, my goal is to help you live healthier lifestyle, no matter your fitness level.

Personal Bio: As a native of the Lewis-Clark Valley, I grew up playing softball, basketball, golf, and running x-country. I played all but softball in high school and received a golf scholarship to Lewis-Clark State College. I decided I wanted to better myself, so 4 years ago I started my fitness journey. Since that time I have competed in three NPC bikini/figure competitions throughout the Northwest. Going through the training program, I knew this was a lifestyle I would enjoy and want to be continue, not only for myself but to help others achieve their fitness goals.

Fitness is not about being better than someone else. It’s about being better than you used to be.

My journey into fitness began when I was 11 years old. My buddy’s dad wanted us to lift together so we could be more successful in sports, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

I was involved in football, wrestling, and track and field while I was in junior high and high school. Even after I graduated, I was still involved in the athletic programs at Pomeroy High School. I have been a track and field coach, little guy’s wrestling coach, and a weight room supervisor.

I helped teach some of the athletes the basics of strength training while I was getting certified to be a personal trainer. That’s when I knew I wanted a career in fitness, which is why I will be getting my degree in Kinesiology for Secondary Education so I can be a P.E. Teacher. I truly enjoy seeing other people’s reactions to their own tangible results, and I would love to be able to help you achieve your own personal fitness goals!

Your body can stand almost anything… It’s your mind that you have to convince.
