Personal Bio: As a native of the Lewis-Clark Valley, I grew up playing softball, basketball, golf, and running x-country. I played all but softball in high school and received a golf scholarship to Lewis-Clark State College. I decided I wanted to better myself, so 4 years ago I started my fitness journey. Since that time I have competed in three NPC bikini/figure competitions throughout the Northwest. Going through the training program, I knew this was a lifestyle I would enjoy and want to be continue, not only for myself but to help others achieve their fitness goals.

Fitness is not about being better than someone else. It’s about being better than you used to be.




Helene Sink NASM CPT

I am currently going to school for physical therapist assistant and will graduate In 2020 with my degree.  While completing my Bachelors in kinesiology at LCSC I was a part of the Track and field team.  I competed as a heptathlete and pentathlete for four years.  I am originally from Eugene, Oregon. I love to go hiking and being outdoors. I have a passion to help others achieve their fitness goals and feel I have the knowledge to help them do It.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, my role as your trainer and coach is to facilitate systematic changes that you can both maintain and improve upon independently. I will make you the author of your own performance by teaching you the principals behind what we do in training. Those principles come from my background in the sciences (M.S. in Biotechnology) and 15+ years of experience in the fitness industry as a competitive body builder and coach. I use an evidence-based approach that integrates multiple aspects of performance and health to build an individualized, goal-oriented program with you – we can incorporate strategies that target nutrition, mobility, strength, mindfulness, power production, aerobic conditioning, or specifics of your sport. We will work together to instill lasting changes and infuse your actions with intention, so you can #beyourownguru.



Max Hill, ISSA CPT

  • Credentials: International Sports Science Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA C.S.C.S, Certified EMT and CPR/AED

As an athlete, I have trained and competed most of my life. I was a wrestler in high school and always dealt with chronic knee injuries. I trained for 2 years in the Navy Warrior Challenge Program, but was medically discharged due to my recurring knee injury. Without being able to train, I felt defeated both physically and mentally. This is when I found my purpose and realized I wanted to be a professional fitness trainer to help people perform at their best and bounce back from setbacks that may come up. Through my experience, I have learned how to accomplish goals without sacrificing your body to injury by building a strong foundation and finding muscle imbalances. I coach everyone ranging from the elite sport athlete, to someone with weight loss goals, or someone holistically. I love helping people meet their goals and I believe we can accomplish your goals together!
